Crisp Clean Dry Mountain Air

I Love The Dry Mountain Air, But my Skin Doesn’t

I love the winter activities that the Rockies offer as well as the endless summer sports that they facilitate, but my skin definitely pays the price. The dry mountain air and the higher elevation just seem to suck every bit of moisture out of me. No matter how much I hydrate and how much chap stick or sun block I use, the moisture in my skin seems to vanish like a fart in the wind.

This summer, I took my family for a month long vacation to Colorado and Montana to escape Austin’s summer heat and get in some fly fishing, mountain biking, hiking and even some professional pick nicking. While the reprieve was more than great, I was reminded of the moisture depleting attributes of that wonderful climate. As I am not really a lotion guy, I usually grin and bear it. This year was different though… as I looked to TICO* Shave Oil for a non-conventional solution. Wow. Just when I thought I couldn’t love this stuff anymore than I already do, I find that it is yet a great solution for another problem.

I found that if I did that every three days, my skin stayed completely hydrated. I just lightly wet my face and arms with a little water, rub one pump of TICO* Shave Oil into my damp hands and massage into my face and then apply the same to each arm. Because it is all essential oil based, it doesn’t clog pores. Because there is no other substance on earth as hydrating as Hemp Oil and its Omega 3 Fatty Acids, there couldn’t be anything more perfectly matched for your skin.

Do you have any other non-conventional uses for TICO* Shave Oil? Tell us about it, we would love to hear from you!
