Shipping

We do things a bit differently than most other folks if you haven’t already figured that out. We really don’t have any shipping rules or fine print. It’s pretty simple really:

• We pay for the shipping and handling of all domestic orders on 2 or more bottles. Yeah, that’s right.
• We know you are anxious to get your TICO* order, so we take the timing of your fulfillment very seriously. When you place your order from our website, you can expect to receive your domestic order within 4-7 business days.
• For all international orders, please visit Amazon. (Shipping rates and fees vary depending on the delivery address for your order. Track your order from door to door!). You can also purchase TICO* via Amazon (Prime) for domestic.

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your TICO* order, you can return it to us for a full refund. That is what our 100% Guarantee is all about. Here’s how it works:

• Timing: You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
• Usage: Obviously you will have to have tried TICO* and decided that you were not satisfied before you return it. Therefore we understand that we can’t hold you to only returning un-used bottles. It only makes sense, so lightly used bottles are accepted. If you attempt to return a bottle of TICO* that has been 50% or more depleted, then we might contact you to better understand why you are returning it with so much of it missing. Otherwise, this is a ‘no questions asked’ kind of deal.
• Packaging: Try and return the bottle in its original box and packaging; it’s the green thing to do, plus it just makes it easier on you to not have to source your own.
• Postage: Since we ship via USPS, we are not able to offer you free returns. You can ship your package back to us however you like.
• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfillment folks at Team TICO* (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
